About Akora

Akora is a digital platform that gives the Akora team access to training, productivity tools, events and a private community. The platform is provided to support the activity of the team.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and an active partner of Ringana (or otherwise authorised by Akora) to register. By registering you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet these requirements.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at somos@weareakora.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

Subscriptions and payment

Some Akora features require a paid subscription or a one-off payment. Prices, billing cycle (monthly or annual) and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and the terms communicated for each product or event.

Events and tickets

Tickets purchased through Akora are personal and non-transferable unless we explicitly allow transfers. Each event may have specific terms (refund policy, dietary options, dress code, etc.) which will be shown before purchase.

Acceptable use

When using Akora you agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful, harmful or fraudulent activity.
• Harass, defame or harm other members.
• Share misleading information or send spam.
• Attempt to break security, scrape data or reverse engineer the platform.
• Use Akora in any way that damages the team's reputation.

Content and intellectual property

All content provided by Akora (training, videos, materials, software, branding) is owned by Akora or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to access this content and use it within the team.

Content you upload remains yours, but you grant Akora a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and display it as needed to operate the platform.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms, if your activity puts the platform or other members at risk, or if you stop being an active Ringana partner. You can close your account at any time.

Disclaimers

Akora is provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep the platform reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free or fully secure. Akora is a tool to support your activity — it does not guarantee any specific business or financial result.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Akora is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liabilities that cannot be limited under applicable law (including consumer rights).

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the platform or the law evolves. We will notify you of material changes through the platform or by email. Continuing to use Akora after the changes take effect means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Spain unless local law requires otherwise.
